With FPP handling both commercial and residential property sales, as well as construction and renovation, our design needed to be vague enough to embody all aspects of their field, yet clearly define a real-estate focus.
We decided upon a two-color design to represent both the Residential and Commercial sides of the business. The softer green for residential homes and the bolder institutional blue for commercial. The palm tree was introduced as a Florida center piece to divide them both. The cityscape was included to represent the large scale of professional offered.
